Trading Post window not adjusting for wide resolutions, any fix?

Hi!

When I try to preview things in the Trading Post, with my resolution, it's impossible to see most items correctly

Google didn't help me much, anyone know a fix?

(Also lol devs forgetting about monitor sizes as usual)
