Hit 70, done a bit of everything before lfr/m+, absolutely overwhelmed with the currencies and gear upgrade tokens!

Hey everyone,

I apologize for what I'm sure is a common post - but I have some questions unique to my situation. As the title states, I've hit max level for the first time in Dragonflight and I am absolutely overwhelmed by the numerous currencies and gear tokens for upgrades. I've tried to research everything but I'm still at a loss for where to focus my energy, what to spend what on what slots, what to save, etc...

My questions are what should I do with the tokens/currencies I have, what do I focus on getting more of which S2 wrapping up, etc. I have a decent amount of time to play right now, but I'm pretty casual. I'll be doing LFR, low/mid M+ when I get practice in, maybe trying to find some non-LFR raids.

What I have:

* 6 of the "set" token things (I have 2 pieces now). I was aiming to do the shoulders for transmog, at the least. * 1 Dreamsurge Chysalis (epic item, considered using this for said shoulders) * 191 Dreamsurge Coalescence (I used 200 to upgrade weapons) * 9 Whelpling's Shadowflame Crest * 4 Drake's Shadowflame Crest * 1,679 Dragon Isles Supplies * 2,457 Elemental Overflow * 1,279 Flightstones * 2 Storm Sigil

For what it's worth, I am also planning on leveling some alts next now that I have finished the campaign and unlocked Zaraleck Cavern, my healers, specifically H Pal and P Evoker. I imagine some spare resources can go to gear these.
