Video performance issues

Hi everyone, I've been having playing wow again recently and having video performance issues to an extent I wasn't expecting. I by no means have a top of the line PC, but I would have thought I'd be able to play above low/fair, no AA, and not get bad performance which is where I'm at right now.

Here are some [screenshots of my video settings](https://imgur.com/a/uzymwTG) in game, my PC was kinda struggling just to get these. I checked RAM usage, chrome taking a gig of ram at the time but I have 32GB.

PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core

Radeon RX 5500 XT (AMD Software Adrenalin is running)

32GB DDR4 3600 RAM

Windows 10

I've tried overclocking the GPU lately in wow, doesn't seem to do anything really.

Not sure maybe I have something set incorrectly (kinda crossing my fingers) or perhaps some hardware is just too weak. Thank you for any input!
