Video issues

Hi everyone, I've been having playing wow again recently and having video performance issues to an extent I wasn't expecting. Posting again looking for some input.

Raid struggles the most, city fps is below 25 and I would expect this, but there is also a visual stutter when I apply an upgrade to at item in Valdrekken alone in the PVP hall. In 5 man's I don't average more than 50 fps even with everything this low.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core

Radeon RX 5500 XT (AMD Software Adrenalin is running)

32GB DDR4 3600 RAM

Windows 10

I've tried overclocking the GPU in wow, doesn't seem to do too much.
