WoW PC Upgrade.

During the pandemic my wife wanted to try WoW. PC's as you know were rather hard to get a hold of so we got her a prebuilt with a Ryzen 3600 and an RTX 2060. Turns out she really loves the game so I would like to upgrade her PC for Christmas. The question is where would the money best be spent for WoW performance. Im thinking of either going with a new Ryzen 5950x or a 4060TI GPU.
