The lazy implementation of Evoker transmog managed to hit a new low this tier: the new TIER set belt, one of only two things that show on dragon form, does not this time.

I went to transmog the belt, and the option literally says does not show on dragon form. Why? Many sets, including the last two tiers, have the belt able to show. Why does this new tier specifically not? Literally all we get are shoulders and belt, which is bad. But now the set belt, designed with evoker in mind, doesn't show in dragon form.

I was willing to accept the excuses before after enough time. But I'm wondering what on earth excuse there could be this time besides an oversight or incompetence?
