What should I be doing to maximise bronze gains?

So, I had to start remix late (today) because of real life issues. As usual with new wow updates there seems to be 1001 things to do but it's not clear what exactly I should be doing to maximise my bronze gains.

Ideally I'd like to get a few mounts and transmog sets. Probably 2-300k bronze worth. But I'm not going to have time to play this for hours each day. Is there a particularly efficient route I should be doing, or things that I should avoid wasting my time on?
