Renown Issues - No rewards in TWW

I’m slowly working my way through the campaign for the first time, I’ve hit 75. I’ve hit renown 5 with one faction and 4 with another. Both of these say that I should be receiving pouches of the currency at level 3 and 5, but I have yet to receive any. I’ve also hit a level on one which tells me there’s something to collect from the quartermaster, but again no quest or item is given.

Is there something specific which needs to be done campaign or quest wise to fully unlock the various factions and get the rewards? Or is anyone else seeing this same issue?

I’ve opened a ticket but not overly hopeful on getting a human response, so hoping someone else may have had this issue and figured out how to resolve it.
