Is this the worst “balance” patch of all time?

I'm genuinely curious if anyone can think of a patch that was supposedly meant to balance things out, but that went as sideways as 11.0.5 has.

Half the specs are bugged.

Ele Sham is apparently doing like 20+ MILLION dps.

RSham didn't get any nerfs despite monopolizing the healing role in like 75% of keys.

Frost DK was too strong, so they nerfed Blood.

Boomy got a nerf...?

Arcane, the darling child of TWW season 1, almost got an 11% *buff*, before they wised up and...

...and gutted Frost Mage, which was already at the bottom of the raid charts and then got a 10% nerf with the patch. I can't believe they would go and nerf the worst raid dps spec in the game, but they did.

Seriously. This may be the worst patch I've played, and I was around for 10.1.5 *and* 9.1.
