Game freezing while alt tabbing?

Hello, anyone having the same issue? As soon as I alt tab to desktop and back, either I even cant get into the game, or when I get in the game just freezes for like 15 seconds. I can freely use everything else on my PC, but the game. I have the latest drivers and scanned/fixed the wow folders already. Thank you :)
