Neighborhood Question: Can you have 2 Alliance Houses in separate Neighborhoods/Guilds?

So I know that we're limited to 2 Houses per account, but can they both be the same faction? Or do we only get 1 Alliance House and 1 Horde House?

I ask because I have two groups I play with, but both are Alliance GMs. Would I be able to have a House in each of these neighborhoods?
