Best zones for round 2+?

Has anyone figured out the best\\optimal option for leveling once you've finished the campaign? I'm working on leveling alts before I really start pushing for gear since I tend to bounce around quite a bit. Harandar felt like it went fairly quick on my warrior, but my monk went Zul'Aman and it feels slower.
