Is the Darkway hacked with this strange NPC with in Russian: Pirate Bay?

This NPC looked strange while alive, it had a red glow. Next we couldn't kill the Nillius, didn't say Evade. Went out of the Darkway and in again and it looked normal again. That Russian translates to Slayer of Pirate Bay. This doesn't look good.
