What is the best class at the moment for a single gear set?

Im currently playing firemage, and I have 4 crafted pieces all sitting with haste mast. I have maybe 80 crit rating. So if I move over to frost I'm just dog shit.

I'm wanting an alt that I can just get one set of gear including crafts, and I don't have to swap around statweights.
