Resto Shaman + DPS Valeera is broken OP for Labyrinth/Kindo'jan

For some reason, Resto Shaman + lv. 80 DPS Valeera has Valeera do 500k-600k DPS while with DPS Valeera on other specs including Tanks and Healers, she only does 200k-300k (I thought it was a weird Skyfury interaction but it does not reproduce with Ele/Enh Shaman). You can just chain pull everything in a T11, keep Valeera's health topped, and everything dies with no danger. The Kindo'jan fight does not nerf Valeera like Aztar'ec does and it took 2 minutes (died immediately after Guardian intermission) so you barely have to do mechanics.

This has been the case for Delves since the beginning of 12.1 but since Blizzard never nerfed it for Labyrinth/Kindo'jan despite it being glaringly obvious I assume they won't (at the least, they don't have enough time to hotfix nerf before Fabled is over Tuesday).
