Getting transmog items from an old account

Hey, I started playing the game again after a long hiatus at the beginning of WoD. I had an old account banned after gold sellers took it about 5 years ago. I recently got the account back from blizzard but as it is a seperate game license, it is locked and unpaid for. I was wondering if there were any way to add the items from my old mains to my transmog library without having to pay for another month.
