Bodyguard and Argus Problems

Bodyguards that gives you abilities or have stance change seems to be overlap my Argus Zone abilities. Is there any way to overcome this silly bug? (I use bartender with Lady S'theno as follower which cannot seperate zone ability from S'thenos stance change)
