Suspended for cheating but I didn't cheat

So, yesterday my account got banned for cheating, which I appealed, and it got changed to a 6-month suspension. I filed another appeal and I'm waiting to hear back. I tried several times to find a live chat or phone number to call and could not get anything beyond submitting a ticket.

It seems I was reported for cheating by using 3rd-party services. My only add-ons are Elvui, WeakAuras, and standard Curseforge stuff (DBM, clique, battleground enemies, etc). If there's an addon I shouldn't be using, I would happily delete it, but I'm reasonably sure all of them are fine, considering the amount of downloads each have. I don't cheat, and would never cheat.

I have been devastated since I got the email yesterday. I started playing WoW with the onset of Covid, and it has been a key part in holding back my depression. I normally lurk on reddit, but here I am making a post because I am desperate. If anyone has any advice on what to do, I would really appreciate it.
