How do I see the assaults from 8.3 BFA with a new Shadowlands alt?

Hello! I’m trying to farm some of the BFA rares from the 8.3 assaults on a fresh alt in Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, but I can’t remember what I need to do in order for them to show up. Can anyone help?
