Further Clarifying the new Policy Update

I found this posted by Kaivax on a post on the wow forums. Thought it might help to answer some of the questions people have been asking about specifics of the new policy update.


Edit: Just for further clarification - it seems that the main concern from Blizzard is the use of "middlemen" and escrow services or other 3rd parties that aren't directly involved in providing the boosts or aren't directly purchasing them themselves.
