Creation Catalyst - misleading pity system

The Creation Catalyst is a hard pity system for T-Sets Slots, what means for us, after 1 month everyone gets 4 piece. What it also means, if we don't got 272+ item lvl slots in the Tier places, we're "waisting" that pity token.

Because for what we know, we get a Tier piece around the item lvl what we used from the raid.

Using it on something lower isn't really something we would want. So more time, more vaults, means higher chance you got the right slots with the right item lvl. We don't "lose" any time if we get it later, we actually win if it comes later into the patch.

Season 4 was just announced and will be at least 3-4 months till it goes live. Plenty of time to do things we 4 set effect.
