Dark Iron Dwarf Mole Machine locations haven't been updated since the race was introduced

So I started to level some alts during this pre-patch, and turns out Dark Iron Dwarfs didn't get any new Mole Machine locations past Legion zones - none on BfA islands, none in Shadowlands, none on Dragon Isles.

Looks like an abandoned feature which is forgotten about by Blizzard with no one to maintain it (the sigh you've heard while reading this is some Blizzard developer's who now has to add one more annoying thing in a list of stuff to support forever. Hopefully).

It's not the first time similar things happened - both Pandaria, Ashran and Legion Dalaran portals Mages had didn't have original icons throughout the expansions when they were relevant, you can look for yourselves:

Pandaria teleport [introduced in patch 5.0.4](https://www.wowhead.com/spell=132621/teleport-vale-of-eternal-blossoms), it used Shattrah icon back then, an original icon [introduced in patch 5.4.2](https://www.wowhead.com/icon=851298/spell-arcane-valeofblossoms), which is a slightly wrong on wowhead part - the icon was datamined in 5.3, was unused for a patch, and has finally replaced Shattrah icon in 5.4.2. I remember because I wrote about it to Blizzard.

Ashran teleport had similar fate - it was [introduced in patch 6.0.1](https://www.wowhead.com/spell=176242/teleport-warspear), used Tol Barad icon, and had original icon [added in patch 7.2.0](https://www.wowhead.com/icon=1535376/spell-arcane-teleportwarspear)

Legion Dalaran teleport [introduced in 7.0.1](https://www.wowhead.com/spell=224869/teleport-dalaran-broken-isles) used Northrend Dalaran icon, and had its [icon added in 7.2.0](https://www.wowhead.com/icon=1535374/spell-arcane-teleportdalaranbrokenisles) (same with Order Hall teleport)
