Friends want Horde, My heart is alliance

Me and a group of friends are joining forever, everyone wants to play together and everyone wants to do PVP, some people want shamans and they absolutely refuse to play dwarf due to how ugly they are.

The only practical solution I have arrived to was make a second account and play horde while everyone is around, and when they inevitably drop the game, just use my main account to make an alliance and play alone.

My question is, are there any rules about more than 1 battlenet account in the name of same person? I googled around and I couldn't find anything of the kind just wanna make sure I am not doing something against TOS in the process.
