Just started playing HC again - What happened to Defias Pillager?

I got the itch to play HC again after like a year. I picked up my level 30 Paladin where I left off on Defias Pillager server, but there’s never more than 50-100 people online even in evenings. It’s been days and I’ve yet to see a second person use the Group Finder tool for Gnomeregon.

I like running dungeons in HC (even if it’s what always gets me killed). Are there guilds or discords for scheduling dungeon runs with people? Any other players around that wanna group up for Gnomer or (soon) SM?
