Struggling to pick and understand loot from ruby life pools quest

Just completed my first ever dungeon and did a loot roll and got a lamp?(I don’t really understand loot rolls yet but anyway) the quest turn in after has me choose between 3 items but I’m struggling to understand which one would help me best as a hunter, and also what stats I’m looking for in loot going forward as a hunter.
