SO digital deluxe edition problems! Any help would be awesome!

I bought the day one digital deluxe edition of sunset overdrive, and everything seems to be in working order except the seasons pass. When I check in the store for the things included in the deluxe edition, it says I still have to purchase the seasons pass for $19.99. Is this right? Did I pay extra money up front for a few cosmetic items and the option to pay more money for a seasons pass? This seems ridiculous.
