Broforce on Xbox one

Hello. Is it possible to play Broforce on my Xbox one? I can't seem to find it via the Xbox market but could buy it at the Microsoft website with s Xbox live "sticker".

I am a bit confused if I would be able to play it on my Xbox if I buy this from the ms website.

Thanks
