Horizon 20 bricked after DLP firmware update

I tried installing the latest DLP firmware update for the Horizon 20

During the update, I could hear the fans spinning loudly, but the projector never rebooted to finish the process. After waiting about two hours, I pressed the power button and was able to boot into Google TV. The update instructions said to reboot the projector if the Anti-RBE option wasn't present, so I did.

Since then, the projector won't power on at all. I've tried contacting XGIMI support, but it's been over 48 hours and I still haven't gotten any useful help.

Any ideas on what I should do?
