Swindon XTC tribute (finally!)

I visited Swindon in April and was surprised/disappointed that, other than the two murals ("Drums and Wires" and "English Settlement"), there was virtually no mention of XTC. When one visits Liverpool, you are never allowed to forget whose hometown it was.

Fortunately that omission has been addressed, at least to some degree. [XhibitA](https://www.swindon24.co.uk/news/permanent-xtc-tribute-unveiled-as-fans-celebrate-band-in-swindon/) has been unveiled in Queens Park, Swindon. (Video of the ceremony [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5NQc9Pj9Eo))
