Any way to get Empty Cough Drop Tins in Hawaii?

As far as I've found the only way to get Empty Cough Drop Tins is from the Ijincho Dungeon points. I'm on the final chapter and want to get my Hawaii party their ultimate weapons. Is there any minigame/sidequest that gives them in Hawaii? Or do I just send them out without it. My next quest is heading to the port to Nele Island. I know its not necessary but I like the completion factor of it before hitting postgame.
