I'm actually losing my mind with Yakuza 0's bowling minigame.

This is my second or third playthrough of this game and I never fully reach friendship with the bowling girl and I want to try this with this playthrough but getting 3 strikes in a row is super fucking difficult. I've been trying for hours trying following other people's trick how to get consistent strikes but I can never recreate it, it's always 1 or 2 pins left and I'm scratching my head how does it not work? I lined up and everything and worst part about this I did get 3 strikes before but the last one I fucked up and it doesn't count, why? I don't even know. If this one minigame gives me a lot of trouble I don't want to know what the rest is going to be and those are platinum these games, I can understand your suffering. At this point I don't know whether should I continue or just give up this minigame.
