Credit card showing overspending but budget shows all clear

I have a credit card account that meets the following:

\- The account is reconciled to the penny in YNAB

\- No overspending shows in my budget for the month (checked Hidden Categories; they're zeroed out)

\- It shows $29.06 in Overspent Categories if I click on the credit card's category in my Budget. Again, all categories for the month are green or zeroed at this point in the month. Nothing is showing as overspent.

\- If I click "Cover Overspent Categories", I get a screen showing "that's a win" with no categories overspent.

OK, no big deal. Roll with the punches. I transfer $29.06 from my Banana Stand to the credit card category and it goes green. All seems well. However, if I click on the account itself, it's still showing me $29.06 in overspending, but the payment matches the budget.

I can't for the life of me figure out where YNAB is getting the overspending from. This really feels like a bug of some sort. I can usually chase down the most nefarious items each month when I'm off by small amounts, but this one has me stumped. Suggestions? Do I just ignore this and move on to the next month?
