0 Tickets for drawing?

Despite having a balance that should get tickets and having opened boxes that yielded another 28 tickets I somehow had 0 tickets for the drawing tonight. I messaged support through the app but haven't heard anything. Has anyone else ever had this happen or know a possible explanation? After tonights drawing my account now appears to have the right number of balance tickets for tomorrows drawing.
