Home Feed Expired [Watch History Enabled]

Asking here because **posting on the youtube support forum is currently locked** and not taking questions for some reason. Just hoping someone might have some insight.

But my feeds only shows maybe a dozen or so recommended videos before going blank and saying "home feed has expired." It happens under every catergory. The only references to this problem I can find on google says this happens if your watch history is turned off. But, even after disabling and enabling my watch feed and disabling and enabling adblock, this continues to happen. It even happens on other browsers so it seems like a problem from youtube's end.

Has anyone else experienced this?
