Any button pauses the video?

Running into a problem and I’m curious to see if others have seen this. Pressing any button on the keyboard pauses the video for half a second. It will resume automatically. Doesn’t matter if the tab or window is in focus or not. I could be on another screen in a game or word doc and it does it. It does this on any browser. Restarting the pc, going to a previous restore point, and clearing cookies does nothing. Any ideas?
