Banned instantly for creating a channel just to make a playlist on YouTube Music (Gemini Student Offer)

Hey everyone, I honestly don't know what to do anymore and I'm super frustrated.

I recently signed up for the official Gemini Student Offer, which includes YouTube Premium.

While using YouTube Music, I wanted to create a playlist. The app told me I had to open a YouTube channel first just to be able to make a playlist.

Literally right after creating the channel for that exact system requirement, my account got banned instantly by the automated bot filter.

I even contacted support: they confirmed that YouTube Music requires a channel to create playlists, but they told me the Trust & Safety team's decision is final and they can't help me manually.

So now, as a legitimate paying student using their official bundle, I am completely locked out and banned just because their app forced me to create a channel to use a basic feature.

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to get through to a real human at Google/YouTube who can actually fix this?
