[MC] Started Minish Cup for the first time, what are your general thoughts on this entry?

I've been itching to play some Zelda lately and I'm unfamiliar with most of the handheld titles so I thought to give this one a try. So far it's alright, I'm hoping for some great puzzles and a solid story. I feel like the handhelds are usually gimmick heavy like: how I got shrunk down in this one to enter places previously inaccessible, I'm hoping the game doesn't go too heavy and dependent on that. I only remember very few details from the handheld games so this should be fun trying them out. I would love to hear overall what everyone thinks about this game
