Re-linking hidden folders?

Hi! in QuTS hero, i recently tried to migrate a ZFSpool (8 drives mirrored) only to try to add it back. While I have been able to re-import the pool, I am not able to access the original contents with Qnap's file station or on my network with AFP. I know the files are there, they're visible from the shell.

Is there a way for me to re-link or sync or whatever the process of making the system aware of these folders from the command line or is this a QuTS issue?
